Part-Time IT Administrative Assistant

Junior Achievement is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to provide part-time administrative support for the IT group. The right candidate will work mostly with internal stakeholders and IT processes, although there may also be some contact with external constituents. Tasks will include user management, customer relationship management (CRM) support, data entry, upgrading software, managing 3rd party software, hardware & software tracking, webpage updates, and other tasks as necessary.

The positon will entail approximately 15-20 hours per week, not to exceed 980 hours per anniversary year.  Required: Microsoft Office 2013 (and/or 2016) product experience, ability to manage multiple projects, along with strong computer, organizational, and communication skills. This is predominantly an administrative assistant position.

Full-Time Program Manager - St. Louis City, MO

Junior Achievement is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to work closely with schools, businesses, and volunteers to present Junior Achievement programs to students in the St. Louis City community. Responsible for maintaining existing relationships, recruiting new businesses and schools to participate annually, and training volunteers on program implementation. This Program Manager position will directly support schools in the St. Louis City area.

Required:  Bachelors degree or equivalent. Ability to work with, train and motivate people. Strong public speaking skills, ability to manage multiple projects, strong computer skills, and proven project management results required

Full-time District Manager – Central Missouri (Columbia, MO)

Seeking a dynamic and driven individual to work closely with schools, businesses, and volunteers to present programs to students in Columbia and surrounding communities. Responsible for maintaining existing relationships, working with current Advisory Board, recruiting new businesses and schools to participate annually, training volunteers on program implementation, and raising funds through campaigns and events to support programs.
