Full-time District Manager – Hannibal/Quincy

Seeking a dynamic and driven individual to work closely with schools, businesses, and volunteers to present programs to students in the Hannibal/Quincy and surrounding communities. Responsible for maintaining existing relationships, working with current Advisory Board, recruiting new businesses and schools to participate annually, training volunteers on program implementation, and raising funds through campaigns and events to support programs.


Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Ability to work with, train, and motivate people. Strong public speaking skills, ability to manage multiple projects, strong computer skills, fundraising experience, and proven project management results required.

Development Coordinator – Full-Time

Fundraising position focused on new donor development with a limited amount of special event management.  Primary responsibility will be prospecting for new donors.  Will have leadership and support accountabilities on different projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills a must.  Will be part of a team of staff and volunteers which is goal oriented and customer focused. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Prospects, approaches and solicits donations from new corporate and individual donors.
  2. Develops and delivers sales presentations to large and small groups.
  3. Manages relationships with donors and volunteers with an emphasis on relationship building and cultivation for increased engagement and revenue generation.
  4. Utilizes a customer management system to track relationships and campaigns.
  5. Plans and executes assigned special events within prescribed budget.
  6. Produces reports tracking activity and productivity for assigned donors, volunteers, and campaigns.


Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.  Strong verbal/written communication and organizational/planning skills.  Strong marketing or fundraising skills.  MS Office proficient. Computer literacy.


Bachelors degree or higher.  Two years sales, marketing or fundraising experience. Experience using Blackbaud donor management system.
