Community Partners Supporting JA Company Connection To Real World of Work Career Pathways In Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Sales & Technology

Expanding the JA NextGEN Entrerpeneurs' Challenge from a one-day end-of-the-year competition to a year-long youth entrepreneurship initiative has been a six-month project in partnership with The Burton D. Morgan Foundation, Coastal Pet Products, Inc., Timken, Timken Young Professional Network,  Walsh University, startupStark!,  CJ McCollum of the Portland Trail Blazers, Junior Achievement of East Central Ohio Board of Directors, and the Junior Achievement Northeast Ohio Alumni Association.

Junior Achievement of East Central Ohio is proud to be represented by The United States JA Company of the Year Beelieve, from North Canton Hoover High School, at the 2018 National Student Leadership Summit. Learn More Here. 
 
All JA Company Teams can apply to the JA National Leadership Summit.  
Only 15 teams from across the nation are selected for this elite annual competition held in Washington, D.C. for a chance to win additional scholarships and prizes.

What To Expect – 4 Judging Criteria Areas
  • Annual Report – Judged Prior To Competition
  • Commercial – Judged Prior To Competition   
  • Tradeshow Booth - Limited to one 6-foot table
  • Live Presentation - Max 4 minutes

Total Score of all 4 criteria areas determines winners.

Junior Achievement of East Central Ohio believes in life long learning and encourages students to expand their education past high school. Our local office offers one-time awards to high school seniors who have participated in JA programs in Stark County, Tuscarawas and Carroll counties of Ohio.
