At JA of Arkansas, we host several events throughout the year to raise money to support our programming. These events also engage the community in our efforts to reach students! Whether you'd like to get involved on an individual level or as a business through event sponsorship, we offer several ways for you to support our work while having a great time!

40.1K Virtual Fitness Race

When: April 12 - 23rd, 2021

Where: Online Event

Register: $30
There you'll be able to log your activity miles and see the leaderboard! Fee includes entry into the race, digital bib and access to the Racery platform.
Log Your Miles: April 12 - 23rd
Any exercise, anywhere, anytime, alone or with family and friends, indoors or out. Just log your physical activity on the JA Financial Fitness Movement website and it will convert your exercise to mileage.
Get Fit for a Cause
Winner will get $100 cash! All participants that reach the 25 mile finish line will be entered in a drawing to win one of three gift cards.

Legacy Award Luncheon

When: May 27th

Where: Heifer International (#1 World Avenue, Little Rock) & Live Streamed

Time: 11:30am - 1:00pm

The Legacy Award Business Luncheon is the largest fundraiser for Junior Achievement investing in 8,400 students in Central Arkansas.

The Legacy Award was established in 2008 to honor the visionary leaders who founded Junior Achievement of Arkansas in 1987. Since that time, the Legacy Award hasbeen given to individuals who have displayed exceptional leadership in supporting academic excellence in Arkansas.

Additionally, the Nelson Summit Award is bestowed on the company that has shown a deep commitment to educating Arkansas' youth. The award is named after Junior Achievement's founder, Sheffield Nelson.
