TITLE/POSITION: Program Manager - Fayette County
Position Concept:
The Program Manager will manage programs in Fayette County with particular emphasis on volunteer recruiting, training, placement, support, and recognition.  Facilitate activities of consultants and teachers, uphold quality standards, assure adherence to program models and program expansion, and develop and maintain good educator relationships at all levels.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Identify, recruit,and train program volunteers to meet program goals.
 Organize and implement volunteer orientations.
 Deliver excellent brand experience of volunteers and teachers through outstanding customer service and excellent relationships, and teacher and volunteer communication.
 Provide feedback, program materials, and resources to volunteers and teachers.
 Identify, cultivate,and maintain regular contact with company connections and develop new ones.
 Maintain strong understanding of new and existing programs and delivery modes.
 Supervise procurement and delivery of all program materials.
 Design and implement Leadership Lexington Youth Program (LLYP).
 Assist with events such as Adopt-A-School breakfast, Hall of Fame,and others.
 Work with the President to fulfill the class and student requirements for various grants.
 Other projects as required, including event support on weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
Desired Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in education or business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.  
• Knowledge and experience with database management systems. 
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects under strict deadlines. 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Compensation/Benefits Package:
• Anticipated salary range is $35,000 to $45,000.
• Benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision.
• Pension plan.
• Generous holiday and vacation package.

TITLE/POSITION: Office Manager
Position Concept:
The Office Manager is an essential member of the JA team who shares a commitment to our mission. Aspects of this role include reporting of philanthropic gifts, organizational impacts, outcomes, and stewardship to school district partners, volunteers, investors, and other key stakeholders. The Office Manager works closely with the President to ensure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently. The main responsibilities of this position include overseeing the data management system, reporting, customer service and general administrative functions, and project or event management for the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Learn and become the team expert on database - Blackbaud Customer Relationship Management (BCRM). 
• Prepare data for meetings, presentations, and project-specific data for e-mailings, newsletters or other communications and provide timely and accurate fulfillment and creation of queries and reports.
• Enter classes and volunteer registration information in BCRM and submit Class Registration information to Junior Achievement USA.
• Process gifts and other payments, make deposits, and draft acknowledgement letters and other stakeholder communications and reports. 
• Maintains front desk and lobby organization; posts welcome board messages, orders lunches upon request, and assists with prepping meeting rooms as needed.
• Greet and direct office guests and direct inbound phone calls.
• Maintains security procedures, monitors alarm system, and issues visitor badges.
• Processes incoming and outgoing mail and maintains postage accounts.
• Orders office supplies; monitors and maintains supply inventory.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers such as telephone and janitorial.
• Assist with events such as Hall of Fame, Adopt-A-School Breakfast, and others and serve as the JA liaison and volunteer coordinator for the Land Rover Three-Day Event.
• Serve as the lead on the JA Inspire Virtual Career Fair by recruiting educators and collaborating with other members of the planning committee from across the state.
• Other projects as required.
Desired Education/Experience:

• Knowledge and experience with money handling procedures.
• Knowledge and experience with website and database management systems. 
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects under strict deadlines.
