Junior Achievement of the Bluegrass Will Work with Huntington High School To Participate in AT&T National Job Shadow Initiative

Lexington, KY — Junior Achievement of the Bluegrass will be working with AT&T representatives in Huntington, WV to bring the Barton workshop job shadow opportunity to local high school students at Huntington High School on January 23rd

A Barton workshop is a modified job shadow day that takes place at the local AT&T call center.  This opportunity is designed for high school students and gives them important information regarding resume’ preparation, interviewing skills and what to do to prepare for the interview.  In addition, the students will also role play different customer selling scenarios and discuss the importance of good communication skills.

“We are so appreciative of AT&T and their investment in these students.  This is information that will play a key role in preparing these students for success,” says Lynn Hudgins, President of JA of the Bluegrass.
