UPS Foundation Awards $20,000 Grant to JA of the Bluegrass To Continue Storefront Partnership in JA BizTown

LEXINGTON, KY - For 2019, UPS Foundation has provided a $20,000 grant to continue their storefront partnership in JA BizTown.

“We have a history of working with UPS and appreciate their continued investment in JA BizTown.  During the 2018-2019 school, over 6,000 students experienced JA BizTown – we look forward to increasing that number to 8,000 during 2019-2020.  The UPS Foundation's commitment to the future workforce is something we wish all corporations could support - this investment will help us all build a better tomorrow," says Lynn Hudgins, President, JA of the Bluegrass.

“The UPS Foundation is honored to support the efforts of Junior Achievement of the Bluegrass to empower our students to succeed in a global economy,” said Eduardo Martinez, president of the UPS Foundation and chief diversity and inclusion officer at UPS.  “Our goal is to fund powerful programs that make a lasting difference to the global community."
