Mecklenburg County
Junior Achievement of Central Carolinas began in Mecklenburg County in 1956 and has been providing local students with curriculum surrounding financial literacy, workforce readiness and entrepreneurship since that time. Governed by a Board of Directors comprised of business and community leaders, JA serves well over 25,000 students each year in Mecklenburg County using its hands-on curriculum programs.
