Catawba | Junior Achievement of Central Carolinas

Catawba South Carolina Region

Junior Achievement of Central Carolinas serving the Catawba Region was established in July 2011 by merging the three South Carolina counties in Junior Achievement of Central Carolinas' service area, Chester, Lancaster and York, into one. Junior Achievement initially began in the region in 1997 when the 60 students at area high schools participated in the JA Company Program®. Junior Achievement, Catawba Region now serves over 8,900 students through JA Classroom Programs, JA BizTown®, and JA Finance Park®.

JA works closely with its partners – schools, administrators, businesses and parents – to provide numerous program options for local classrooms. There is no better way to invest in the future success of our students than through Junior Achievement. With minimal commitment, partners and volunteers play a large part in providing young people the skills, knowledge and motivation needed to be successful in school, in the workplace, and in life.
