School and Community Resources Introduction

Let's Bloom Where We Are Planted

We could all use a little help these days as parents, teachers, community leaders, good citizens, and even kids.  The COVID-19 pandemic has brought us all together under one shared reality. This is new to everyone.  We share in our uncertainty. However, we also share our determination for success and revival. We may not be able to control what's happening.  However, we can control our response.  At Junior Achievement of Central Carolinas (JACC), we understand that everyone could use a little extra support right now.  This is especially true for our future leaders.  They need our help and commitment to keeping education a priority.

At Junior Achievement of Central Carolinas, we recognize the important role that our parents, teachers and community members play in the engagement and retention of knowledge for kids during this extended separation from learning.  To fight "learning loss", JACC is actively developing innovative ways to make distant learning options accessible to everyone. Best of all, our curriculum aligns with common core, national, state and district educational standards.

Junior Achievement of Central Carolinas is excited to offer access to FREE Distance Learning Resources! Our library is full of valuable and easy to use digital assets for you to use immediately. Here's how we can help:

  • Career Development and Career Readiness Enrichment including Inspirational Presentations from Local Professionals and Entrepreneurs
  • Interactive Simulation on Budgeting and Career Exploration with Digital Avatar and Life-Scenario through virtual JA Finance Park
