- 49% of U.S. employers recognize that talent shortages impact their ability to serve clients and customers.
- 36% of Americans say that they have at some point in their lives felt their financial situation was out of control.
- 91% of millennials wish they had greater access to entrepreneurial education programs.

Which Way To JA?
INVESTOR
Our investors are diverse, but they all have one thing in common:
They're taking action to ensure that our next generation has access to the opportunities they need to achieve a fulfilled future.
Our city is facing many challenges, and they know that they can best respond by investing in our transformational programs.
VOLUNTEER
Our volunteers deliver hands-on and relevent curriculum programs that are proven to help students prepare for the workforce, manage their finances, and be entrepreneurial.
From spending a day in JA BizTown, to hosting a job shadow, to mentoring a high school classroom, volunteers share their passion for students across all industries and fields. We provide the curriculum and training, they provide the true impact.
EDUCATOR
Junior Achievement believes every student possesses boundless potential, and we suspect you feel the same about your own.
Our proven, relevant, and interactive curriculum programs invite volunteer mentors in to the classroom (or your students into their place of business) to help students unleash their own potential to acheive a fulfilled future, and in many cases, at no cost to your school.
