JA Events BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER FOR A GREAT CAUSE!
JA of Central Carolinas EVENTS
At JA of Central Carolinas, we host a number of events throughout the year to raise money to support our programming. These events also engage the community in our efforts to reach students! Whether you'd like to get involved on an individual level or as a business through event sponsorship, we offer several ways for you to support our work while having a great time!
JA Golf Events
Come join us for a day on the links! We have golf tournaments in several locations around North and South Carolina throughout the year. We would be thrilled to welcome new participants or sponsors to any of our tournaments.
Each year, companies throughout the Central Carolinas bring their friends, family, and colleagues together to support Junior Achievement through a Bowl-a-Thon fundraiser. Last year, over 1,700 participants from 30 companies in the area joined us to support JA with this peer-to-peer fundraising opportunity. This is a great way to unite and strenghten your company or group while raising funds to support students in local communities. Contact JA to get the ball rolling. We can't wait to see you throw some strikes for our region's future success!
JA Business Hall of Fame
Since 1987, the North Carolina Business Hall of Fame has inducted more than 100 of our state's elite business leaders for their outstanding contributions in defining and reshaping the North Carolina economic landscape. At this annual prestigious event, Junior Achievement honors influential, visionary leaders from the North Carolina business community who have made a significant impact, created new opportunities, and elevated the educational landscape for youth in their communities in regards to financial literacy, entrepreneurship and work-readiness.
