What is the Summit Society?

JA of Central Illinois Summit Society is comprised of active community investors who give $1,000 or more annually. The strength of the Summit Society lies in each member's belief that all Central Illinois communities are worthy of significant personal investment. Their generosity reflects a strong commitment to the mission of Junior Achievement, "to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy."

JA has been partnering with organizations for nearly 100 years. Our top notch staff will ensure the relationship with your staff will be a professional and rewarding experience.

What is the volunteer time investment for employees?

Typically, a JA program is taught for one hour a day for a total of five days. JA programs and volunteer trainings have been developed to be completely turn-key and hassle free for your employees. 

Does JA really have an impact on communities?

Yes, and in several different ways. Impact studies have shown the positive effect JA provides youth on their future outlook, and volunteerism has numerous proven benefits for adults in their personal life and attitude to organizations who provide this opportunity to them.
