JA Events are so Awesome!
JA of Central Maryland EVENTS
At JA of Central Maryland, we host several events throughout the year to raise money to support our programming. These events also engage the community in our efforts to reach students! Whether you'd like to get involved on an individual level or as a business through event sponsorship, we offer several ways for you to support our work while having a great time!
JA Women's Alliance
JA Leading Ladies
JA Leading Ladies connects businesswomen and outstanding female high school students in the Baltimore area to celebrate successes, develop talents, capture new opportunities, and inspire the next generation of women leaders.
COVID-19 won't stop us from partying with a purpose! Join us for JA triviaBowl—an online celebration of smarts of all sorts! Instead of gathering at a bowling alley, we are going to be celebrating together online with a virtual trivia night to benefit JA students throughout Central Maryland.
This experiential career readiness opportunity gives middle school students access to area employers, post-secondary education opportunities, and hands-on career activities. By attending JA Inspire, students will have the ability to build their coursework pathway for high school and beyond.
JA Office Warriors
Show off your workplace skills and win the gold for Central Maryland youth! Through a series of wacky and competitive games, you'll build camaraderie among your team and help prepre the next generation for success in their future careers.
JA Company Program Regional Competition
JA entrepreneurs from the Greater Baltimore area go head-to-head against their peers as part of this dynamic competition for JA Company of the Year. Student-run companies from the 2019-2020 school year will showcase their businesses to a panel of judges and deliver their financials, marketing pitch, and more to a panel of professionals in the field.
