Jennifer Bodensiek – President & CEO

Kim Fabian – Senior Vice President
Kim is a seasoned leader with more than 25 years of experience driving operational excellence, coaching teams for success, and strengthening brand awareness. Prior to joining JA in 2012, she was Director of the Maryland Metabolic Institute at St. Agnes Hospital. She also operated a consulting firm for 18 years that helped organizations maximize the impact of internal and external communications and build collaborative, high-performance teams. A published author, Kim has spoken to a variety of groups and appeared on radio, TV and print outlets across the country. As SVP for JA, she leads internal operations, marketing communications, and program implementation, as well as works with the President to develop and drive strategic goals. Kim received her B.S. in Mass Communication from Towson University, where she serves on the TU Foundation Board of Directors and is a president emeritus of the TU Alumni Association Board.
Kaitlin Bowman – Vice President of Strategic Partnerships
Kaitlin began her career with Junior Achievement of Central Maryland in 2004 as an office and program manager, and over the past 13 years has been involved in every aspect of the organization. In her current role, Kaitlin responsible for building strategic relationships among major corporations in the Central Maryland region and managing the organization's funding efforts to fuel strategic growth. She oversees the generation of more than $2 million in support from corporate, foundation and individual donors. Kaitlin earned her B.A. in Services to Children from Towson University and serves on the university's Non-Profit Leadership Department Advisory Council.

Kim Denis – Vice President of Operations
Kim's career at Junior Achievement spans 16 years and three offices. She began as an intern and part-time staff member at JA of Delaware before spending six years as a member of the JA of Greater Washington team, where among her many responsibilities, she ran all aspects of the Greater Washington Business Hall of Fame, an event that raises more than $1.5 million annually. Kim joined JA of Central Maryland in 2009. In this role, she oversees facility operations, IT management, and finances for the organization. She earned her B.S. in Communications from the University of Delaware and a Master's of Tourism Administration from George Washington University.

Jonaye Ford – Vice President of Education & Outreach
Jonaye has more than 20 years of senior management experience across a range of industries. Prior to joining JA in 2013, she served as director of operations and business development for the Y of Central Maryland, where she managed 41 before- and after-school programs. She previously worked at Educate Inc. (formerly a Sylvan Learning Systems Company), starting as executive director of in-school programs and ultimately becoming area manager of adult programs. In these roles, she provided oversight for initiatives related to No Child Left Behind, Welfare-to-Work, and At-Risk Youth Programs. At JA, Jonaye leads a staff of six and oversees the strategic direction for K-12 program implementation and volunteer engagement that annually impacts the lives of over 46,000 students in Central Maryland. Jonaye earned a B.A. in Public Administration from Virginia State University and currently serves on the Maryland State Department of Education Business Management Finance Advisory Council and the JA USA Diversity Council.
