As KleaneKare's founder, owner, and President & CEO, Ms. Dabney-Wooldridge has built one of Virginia'ss most successful residential, commercial, and governmental facilities environmental service small businesses.
Armed with her studies at Virginia Commonwealth University, professional experiences in banking and financial investing, and a strong desire to succeed, Sharon continues to steadily grow her business. She was the Richmond Times Dispatch 2017 Person of the Year Nominee and recipient of the 2018 Oliver Singleton Humanitarian Award. She is the recipient of the 2016 University of Richmond Mini-MBA. She previously served as Chair and Interim President & CEO of the Metropolitan Business League. Sharon serves on the Boards of Venture Richmond and Chamber RVA. Sharon received certification for Building a High-Performance Business: Executive Program from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. She is a member of Leadership Metro Richmond's Class of 2005.
Founder and CEO, Mark Hourigan, has more than 35 years of experience in the commercial construction and real estate development industry. His ability to understand the big picture, coupled with his keen eye for detail, consistently allow him to focus on the drivers and success for Hourigan's clients. Acting as a champion for innovation and fostering a consultative approach, he has instilled a discipline for continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Mark's commitment to developing people to their fullest potential is evident in the team he has assembled at Hourigan. Growing the next generation of industry leaders is another passion and one that has led to his role as Chair of the Advisory Board at the Virginia Tech Meyers Lawson School of Construction.
Mark holds a Bachelor's degree from Gettysburg College and an MBA from the University of Richmond.
Randolph N. Reynolds is the Principal of Reynolds Development Company, a private real estate management and development company he founded in 2001. The company specializes in commercial real estate investing, management, and development and is headquartered at Reynolds Crossing. Reynolds Crossing consists of over one million square feet of leased Class A office space, medical offices, and a 250-room, full-service Westin Hotel.
In addition, he is Principal of Industrial Advisors Services, Inc., which was founded as an international business management company in 2000.
Randolph N. Reynolds is a retired executive of Reynolds Metals Company where he last served as Vice Chairman and Executive Officer and was a member of the Board of Directors. He is a graduate of Bellarmine University.
