Thank you to all the sponsors and golfers who participated in the 22nd Annual JA Cup! It was a great success! You raised over $100,000 in direct support for JA Programs
Again this year, golfers from around the area will gather at the Blue Bell Country Club for the opportunity to help students in Southeastern Pennsylvania. With the help of sponsors from dozens of companies from around the area golfers will compete in the 18-Hole Arnold Palmer Signature golf course tournament. This year, JA and Bimbo Bakeries USA are thrilled to join together again to host the dozens of regular and beginner golfers. The course, which was designed for both PGA professionals as well as amateurs, offers a challenging layout with rolling hills, water hazards and strategically positioned bunkers. Your round is also supplemented with on-course competitions for prizes, as well as previous year favorites like the Mimosa and Bloody Mary stations.
After play, cocktails and hors d'oeurs will be served before dinner. Students from entrepreneurship programs like the JA Company Program®, will speak to attendees about their experiences before awarding the winners of both the tournament and sponsors. Also accompanying the event is the raffle, where numerous items will be given away that will benefit Junior Achievement. The items are graciously donated by businesses in the area.
For the 23rd Anniversary of the JA Cup, golfers and sponsors alike, we hope to raise over $125,000 for students in grades K-12 in Southeastern Pennsylvania to receive Junior Achievement finanical empowerment programs.
