Jayme Hayes has been the President of Junior Achievement, since February 2007. Jayme truly believes that the root of many issues in our world are due to those who are not given opportunity and a way to succeed. She is passionate about helping others and her community to create a better future. She hopes to enjoy that future as much as possible with her husband and two little girls.

Kate Bleile has been with Junior Achievement since 2016, beginning as a program coordinator before moving to the position of community outreach coordinator. After spending eight years a program director at the local YMCA, Kate was searching for a way to strengthen our community through youth programs. When she heard about Junior Achievement and its impact on the community she knew she had found the perfect fit. With a passion for giving back, Kate helps connect businesses and volunteers with JA. Outside of JA, she serves on the board of directors for Wyatt's Warriors Foundation. She resides in Salisbury, MD with her husband and two children.

Amy Maull joined Junior Achievement as Community Outreach Coordinator in September 2019. Amy has a background in sales and marketing as well as elementary education, and she has spent many hours fundraising for various organizations and volunteering in her children's schools. She is passionate about educating children and helping them become successful in life and active in their community. Amy has lived in Salisbury for 20 years and has ties to Worcester County as well. She and her husband have enjoyed raising their two children and travel in their free time.

Ivory joined Junior Achievement as the Marketing and Events Coordinator in February 2020. She is a graduate of Salisbury University, an Eastern Shore native, a wife, and a mother to two beautiful little boys. Ivory enjoys bringing brands to life and creating emotional connections with her audience. In her personal journey to getting out of debt, she developed a strong passion for teaching others the personal finance knowledge she didn't receive growing up. When she learned about Junior Achievement, she was confident that she had found her place in world. Ivory is committed to revitalizing her community, and giving underserved youth a chance to succeed. She believes success should be accessiable to all, and she is determined to see that happen. In her free time, Ivory enjoys binge-watching HGTV. She is a self-proclaimed foodie and loves Friday movie nights with her family.
