On #GivingTuesday, November 27th, Facebook and PayPal are partnering in a national campaign to support nonprofits by matching up to $2 million dollars. JAECO is an approved non-profit in this special event. Millions of people come together to support and champion the cause they believe in through #GivingTuesday.

Donations made on Tuesday, November 27th, starting at 8:00 am (EST) will be matched up to $1,000 per gift.* Facebook will waive processing fees for approved non-profits, like JAECO, in this special one day event.
*About the Matching Process
On #GivingTuesday, Donations to nonprofits made through Facebook's charitable giving tools on November 27th will be matched up to $50,000 per nonprofit, or $1,000 per fundraiser, or donate button, by Facebook and PayPal until the $7 million in matching funds run out. The match will begin at 8:00 AM EST (5:00 AM PST).
Processing Fees Waived on Nov. 27th
Facebook processing fees on donations to U.S. based approved nonprofits will be waived. Junior Achievement of East Central Ohio has been approved through a formal application process to qualify for processing fees to be waived.
How Do I Give Through Facebook On Nov. 27th?
Step 1) You Must Have a Facebook Account. Click Here to Create One
Step 3) On JAECO Facebook Page, Click the blue Donate button. (See screen shots below) You will be asked to pay with a credit, debit or paypal card number. If this is your first time donating online through Facebook, you may be prompted to verify your donation through a text or email notification. Please be be patient, your payment will process after your approval.
