Job Shadow (Work Place Visit)
JA Job Shadow offers students a unique opportunity: a visit to a professional work environment and insights into how to find and keep a fulfilling career.
Companies offer a hands-on, real life experience to students so they can explore career opportunities outside of the classroom and learn what it takes to succeed in a workplace environment. The experience is easy, fun, and allows associates to engage in opportunities to give back to their community. Junior Achievement is looking for companies and businesses to grow our Job Shadow Program. Check out our FAQ. Contact Junior Achievement is you have further questions. We look forward to partnering with you to develop and prepare Kansas City's future workforce.
