JA Kit Rebuilding

About JA Kit Rebuilding

Career Fair
Every year, Junior Achievement of Greater Kansas City uses hundreds of classroom kits to deliver programs across the KC metro area. After every event, these classroom kits are collected and brought back to our office where unused materials can be sorted and combined to make new classroom kits! Through this process you can help JA can save thousands of dollars and help deliver more JA lessons to our community.

What is the role of the volunteer?

Volunteers are needed to organize used materials from each classroom kit. As a volunteer, you will sort and inventory through collected materials and make sure each rebuilt kit has enough supplies for one full classroom.

What is my time commitment?

  • Kit Rebuild Session
Events typically last 2 to 3 hours and are hosted at JAGKC's main office.
