Part-Time IT Administrative Assistant

Junior Achievement is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to provide part-time administrative support for the IT group. The right candidate will work mostly with internal stakeholders and IT processes, although there may also be some contact with external constituents. Tasks will include user management, customer relationship management (CRM) support, upgrading software, managing 3rd party software, asset tracking, webpage updates, and other tasks as necessary.

The positon will entail approximately 15-20 hours per week, not to exceed 980 hours per anniversary year.  Required: Microsoft Office 2013 (and/or 2016) product experience, ability to manage multiple projects, along with strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.

Part-Time Program Manager

Junior Achievement is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to serve as a part-time (approx. 20 hours/week, not to exceed 980 hours/anniversary year) program manager to work closely with schools, businesses, and volunteers to present Junior Achievement programs to students in the community. Responsible for maintaining existing relationships, recruiting new businesses and schools to participate annually, and training volunteers on program implementation. This Program Manager position will directly support schools in the St. Louis City area.

Required:  Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Ability to work with, train and motivate people. Strong public speaking skills, ability to manage multiple projects, strong computer skills, fundraising experience and proven project management results required.

Part-Time Advancement Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:

This part-time position provides support services for the advancement department, approximately 20 hours a week, but not to exceed 980 hours within anniversary year. Duties will include database management, report generating, prospect research, special event support, direct support of VP of Advancement, and other administrative duties as necessary.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manages donor data and prepares reports for staff and volunteer leadership
  • Conducts research of current and prospective donors in support of fundraising efforts.
  • Supports staff and volunteers in executing special events and campaigns
  • Supports VP of Advancement in managing key aspects of organization's fundraising goals
  • Provides other administrative support for the advancement department as directed

Position Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong computer skills – proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Publisher
  • Experience in a sales or non-profit business a plus
  • Experience with database systems a plus

A nonprofit organization in Chesterfield seeks a reliable, qualified individual as a part-time administrative assistant to provide support services for the Vice President of Administration. This position is approximately 20 hours a week, but not to exceed 980 hours within anniversary year. Duties will include data management, report generating, correspondence, preparation of meeting materials, and other administrative duties as necessary.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports for meetings
  • Assist in the preparation of material for board of directors
  • Maintain staff vacation accrual information
  • Maintain hours for part-time staff
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and proposals
  • Assist with social media and press releases
  • Assist with building management
  • Provide other administrative support as directed

Position Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written). Strong computer skills – proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Experience with BCRM database system a plus.
