JA's Favorite Books

Today is School Librarian Day! JA is so grateful to our local school partners, and we know those libraries are STACKED (haha - get it?) with books on how kids can...

...become an entrepreneur.
...manage their finances.
...learn from other business owners.
...study global businesses.

...and so much more! The school library is a vast resource for these growing young minds, and we love that there is an entire day to celebrate it.

We have a few readers here on our JA staff, so today, we are sharing OUR favorite books with you!

Mandy E, Wichita's programming manager, notes that Matilda by Roald Dahl was her favorite book growing up. As an adult, The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls stands out!

Ashley, President of JA of Kansas, cannot begin to think of her favorite book as an adult - there are just too many for her to pick from! The Little House on the Prairie by Laura Ingalls Wilder series takes the cake as Ashley's favorite series from her childhood.

Torey, our Marketing Manager, has a reading room that is her favorite room in her house, so naturally there are lots of choices. BUT if she had to pick, favs include the Harry Potter series by JK Rowling and All We Know of Heaven by Jacquelyn Mitchard.
