JA of Kansas Holds Skills to Achieve Symposium at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas

11/8/18 9:27 PM - On Thursday November 8, Junior Achievement of Kansas partnered with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas for the annual Skills to Achieve Symposium. Twenty seven students from Topeka High School and Highland Park High School visited the campus that houses 1400 employees. Throughout the day, students heard from multiple presenters about personal branding, soft skills, communication, conflict resolution, and got a peek into the workings of the state's largest health insurer.  The day included a visit from the President and CEO, Matt All, who spoke to the significance of finding importance in your job, regardless of its title or level. The day concluded with a tour of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas campus.
