JA Special Events
At JA of Maine, we host several events throughout the year to raise money to support our programming. These events also engage the community in our efforts to reach students! Whether you'd like to get involved on an individual level or as a business through event sponsorship, we offer several ways for you to support our work while having a great time!
JA Aroostook Golf Classic
Support JA programs in Aroostook County. Join us for a day of fun, food and prizes at the JA Aroostook Charity Golf Event.
JA of Maine Golf Classic
Our annual Golf Classic takes place in mid-September. Get out and hit the links with a team of coworkers or choose to sponsor part of the course.
Maine Business Hall of Fame North
Since 1990, Junior Achievement of Maine's Business Hall of Fame has honored the state's most distinguished businessmen and women for their outstanding contributions to free enterprise and the promise of a better, stronger society.
JA of Maine Titan Challenge
The Titan Challenge is a day-long business strategy competition for high school students. Teams of three students work with a mentor from the business community to guide a fledgling company through the ups and downs of the market.
Junior Achievement of Maine holds J.A.M. Fest to celebrate volunteers each Fall. PROPEL sponsors the free event for JA volunteers. The evening's highlights include: free food, drinks, live music as well as the presentation of the JA Volunteer of the Year Award.
Maine Business Hall of Fame South
The Maine Business Hall of Fame South recognizes individuals who have made a lasting impact on both our economy and our community. Now in its 28th year, this is one of our most popular events.
