4th ANNUAL MAINE BUSINESS HALL OF FAME
RECOGNIZES THREE OUTSTANDING BUSINESS LEADERS
Bangor, ME – Since 1990, Junior Achievement of Maine’s Business Hall of Fame has honored the state’s most distinguished businessmen and women for their outstanding contributions to free enterprise and the promise of a better, stronger society. At our 4th Anniversary of the event in Bangor, three exceptional business leaders will be welcomed as laureates into the Junior Achievement of Maine Business Hall of Fame in an induction ceremony taking place at 5:00pm on Thursday, November 1st, 2018 at the Hilton Garden Inn Bangor.
The Junior Achievement Maine Business Hall of Fame North laureates for 2018 included:
Jack Quirk, President & CEO of Quirk Auto Group
Laurie G. Lachance, President of Thomas College
Gregory A. Dufour, President & CEO of Camden National Bank
JA expects 250 local business people and JA supporters to attend the nearly sold-out event next week to celebrate the newest honorees. They will join a long list of 90 distinguished previous laureates
, including last year's inductees:

Lance Smith – Chairman, President, & CEO, Smith’s Farm, Inc. & Smith Packaging, Inc.
The crowd will hear from local JA students, sharing their experience with the programming at the elementary level, as well as from a seasoned JA volunteer telling his story.
