About Junior Achievement

Junior Achievement's Purpose is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy.

The envisioned future - what we aspire to become. Junior Achievement maintains an active vision, front and center, on how we can have a positive impact on the lives of more students - guided by our core values:

Scholarships are available for high school seniors planning to attend college or university in the fall of 2018.

You must have:

  • Participated in a JA Program during your K-12 school career or taught one or more JA programs within the Junior Achievement of the Michigan Great Lakes Service Area (Please see map on website if needed).

  • Have a 2.75 GPA or higher

  • Completed the Student Application and return to the Junior Achievement office by Friday, March 23, 2018.

  • Made certain all parts of the application (student and teacher) have been completed and submitted on time.

  • Aquinas College

  • Baker College

  • Davenport University

  • Eastern Michigan University

  • Grace Bible College

  • Michigan State University

  • Northwood University

Non-Specificed Scholarships include:

  • James P. Dieleman Junior Achievement Scholarship

  • Glenn Ferry Memorial Junior Achievement Scholarship

  • Richard Simkins Memorial Junior Achievement Scholarship

  • JA Student Company Scholarships
