In-Classroom Volunteers Needed

We rely on volunteers to deliver our nationally-developed programs to students in Northeastern Pennsylvania.  You will receive training and a complete kit of materials and lessons.  All you need is your real world experience and about eight hours of your time.  We have opportunities for a number of grade levels in Lackawanna, Luzerne, Susquehanna and Monroe counties.  Interested?  Click here to register and a member of the Junior Achievement team will contact you!

Junior Achievement Students Pay it Forward

JA programs teach students the importance of philanthropy, and these lessons were put into action in November by a very generous group of JA BizTown students from Dallas Elementary School.  Students arrived at JA BizTown with dozens of toys for needy children as part of the Toys for Tots program.  Our toy box was overflowing, and thanks to these students' generosity, local children will have a happy holiday!

Pictured below are fifth grade students Emily Iannucci-Furman, Will Snowdon, Christian Shedlock and Chloe Dudick.
