JA Events are Exciting!
JA of Northern New England Events
At Junior Achievement of Northern New England, we host several events throughout the year to raise money to support our programming. These events also engage the community in our efforts to reach students! Whether you'd like to get involved on an individual level or as a business through event sponsorship, we offer several ways for you to support our work while having a great time!
JA Golf Classic
This fundraiser features a great day of golf with on course lunch and drinks, followed by a cocktail reception, silent auction and an awards dinner. Spend a day networking and supporting Junior Achievement at this beautiful golf course.
JA Summer Institute
This summer from August 6-10th join fellow high school students to ignite your entrepreneurial spirit, learn about personal finance, network with business leaders, and collaborate with peers from various schools in the Greater Boston area.
JA Bowl-A-Thon Fundraisers
Enjoy an evening with co-workers and colleagues for a "Party with a Purpose!"
Junior Achievement's Bowl-A-Thon brings together companies and business professionals for a night of networking, camaraderie, and fun. Participating in a Bowl-A-Thon not only helps raise awareness and funds for Junior Achievement but is also a great team building activity for companies.
JA Stock Market Challenge
The Stock Market Challenge is a technology based simulation of the stock market in which every 60 seconds represents a day of trading. Beginning with a hypothetical account balance of $500,000, the stakes are high and the competition is fierce.
JA STEM Symposium
Developed by Junior Achievement of Northern New England, JA Academy is an after-school program where highly-motivated high school students explore the world of business by forming and managing their own company. Location and dates vary.
