Adrian DimechChairman of the Board 

Adrian's professional career spans over 20 years and includes numerous executive sales and field operations positions supporting major telecommunications and pay television organizations in the delivery of video and wireless broadband data services both within the United States and throughout Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
Prior to joining DIRECTV in 2009, Adrian was vice president at Connect Television, Inc. In this role, he oversaw all key aspects of the organization's business operations, including supply chain and logistics, finance, field operations and human resources. Prior to that, he was director of Business Development and director of Operations at Connect Television, Inc. Before his time at Connect Television, Inc., Adrian was director of Sales for Latin America at Hybrid Networks, Inc. and Andrew Corporation/CommScope Holding Company Inc., fixed broadband wireless access equipment providers that engaged in the design, development, manufacture, marketing and deployment of terrestrial wireless systems that provide digital video services and high-speed broadband data access for businesses and residential consumers.
Adrian holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Australia and is the author of the industry text "Digital wireless cable signal acquisition & the receive site". Adrian and his wife, Kristi, have two sons. He is based in El Segundo, CA

Cristene brings 26 years of nonprofit, for profit, and entrepreneurship experience to her role.

Most recently, since 2009 Cristene served as the Executive Director of the San Ramon Valley Education Foundation, an organization that raised $8 million dollars/year to serve 32,000 students in the San Ramon Valley. Cristene began her professional career in sales and marketing, holding various management positions with the McGraw–Hill companies and the Thomson Corporation. She also has entrepreneurial experience having created three limited-service chain restaurant concepts and preparing them for acquisition and future expansion. Cristene holds a BA in Communication from the University of California, Davis. She lives in San Ramon with her husband Doug and her two children, Meghan and Alex. In her free time, you will see her around water, either the pool watching her children compete in swim and water polo, the lake where her children fish or at the beach where her husband and son surf every chance they get.

Thomes J. Quinlan

I enjoy negotiating technology licenses and development agreements, SaaS, BPaaS and other cloud computing and outsourcing arrangements especially for industries like finance and health that have special contract and security requirements.
A few years ago, I became a CIPP/US (Certified Information Privacy Professional) so that I could be better equipped to advise on data security and the protection of regulation sensitive information. I have taken several U.S. clients through the EU and Swiss Safe Harbor processes and related policies.

I have worked at KPMG for more than 20 years with 5 years in the audit practice and the rest in the advisory practice with most of my focus on IT advisory. I have worked in a variety of industries including financial services, high tech, dot com and state and local government. I am very interested in how technology is deployed by organizations to improve operational effectiveness.
More recently I have worked on a variety of projects to improve company's risk management programs. In particular, I have developed and deployed an overall IT Risk Management program addressing information security, operational risk, and continuity risk. Additionally, I have deployed a GRC platform to support compliance, operations, and financial control risk management.

Bill SchloughChair, Giant Race

Since Schlough's arrival in 1999, the Giants have been recognized as one of the most innovative teams in sports, playing a pioneering role in the world of HD video, mobile content, ticketing, and payment systems. Wireless connectivity has been a primary focus since 2004 when AT&T Park became the first sports facility to provide free Wi-Fi to all fans. Schlough's IT team has also implemented numerous proprietary analytic tools that helped secure three World Series titles so far this decade.
An Olympic enthusiast, Schlough is a board member of the Bay Area Sports Organizing Committee (BASOC) and served on the committees for San Francisco's bids to host 2012, 2016 and 2024 Olympic Games. His event experience includes assignments at the 1994 World Cup along with Olympics in Atlanta, Salt Lake, and Torino, Italy. Previously, he worked as a consultant with Booz-Allen & Hamilton and Electronic Data Systems. More recently, Schlough served as Interim President of the Giants' Class A San Jose affiliate and was appointed to the team's board as chairman in 2012.
In addition to his Giants and Olympic activities, Schlough supports Bay Area causes with a focus on education and athletics, serving for over a decade as a board member of Junior Achievement of Northern California. He is also an avid supporter and leading fundraiser for the Giants Community Fund.
Schlough was inducted into's CIO Hall of Fame last summer, was named Trace3's 2016 CIO Outlier of the Year and InformationWeek's 2012 IT Chief of the Year, and is a member of Sports Business Journal's 2010 "Forty Under 40" class of promising young executives in the sports industry. A San Francisco native and Ironman triathlete, Schlough holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Duke University and an MBA from the Wharton School.

Mark Asher 

Mark is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of experience in operational and advisory roles, as well as expertise in corporate strategy & development, business development, and financial planning.
In 2019 Mark decided to follow his passion for serving students in need by transitioning into non-profit work full-time after a long career in high technology.
Mark was most recently Adobe's Director of Corporate Strategy, where he was responsible for driving the long-term strategic direction at Adobe.  In addition, they led projects on a variety of topics that had a direct impact on growth.  Mark continues to be sought after as a thought leader on disruptive technology trends.
Prior to Adobe, Mark was a Principal Consultant and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he led a variety of strategy cases/engagements in technology, consumer packaged goods, and retail.
Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UC Berkeley and earned his MBA at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
In addition to his professional career, Mark serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Northern California, offering financial literacy to over 50,000 K-12 students throughout the Bay Area.  Mark also serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Breakthrough Silicon Valley where middle school students with limited educational opportunities are prepared for rigorous college-preparatory high school programs and entry into four-year colleges.
From 2009 to 2015, Mark led the Junior Achievement volunteer effort at Simonds Elementary School.  Mark served on uAspire's Board of Directors from 2016 to 2017 to help advance their mission of securing financial support for college-bound low-income high school seniors.

Maliika Chambers, Ed.D.

Dr. Maliika Chambers is a renowned learning, talent, and leadership development expert with over 25 years of experience helping leaders transform the culture and climate of their organizations to yield positive change. A former university professor (and JA alum), she worked to prepare the next generation of professional educators in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and business.  She has authored several trades and academic journal articles focused on best practices in the utilization of training to drive change/crisis response management, tailoring learning solutions to the needs of diverse audiences, and the role of executive engagement in successful business transformation efforts. In her prior roles as a learning and development leader in the oil and gas, healthcare, and high-tech industries, Dr. Chambers has developed strategic planning processes to align organizations' human capital strategy to key business priorities and designed collaborative spaces for cross-functional teams and senior leadership to contribute to the way training and development is envisioned and deployed that remain in place today. In her free time, Maliika enjoys spending time with her family and friends, writing, and cooking.

David Colby

David Colby is COO of the Service Cloud at Salesforce, the world's #1 customer service platform. He leads growth strategy, product execution, and operations for the multi-billion dollar Service Cloud business. David started at Salesforce in Nov, 2010, and led Product Growth and Strategy across all core Clouds for 8 years before moving into the Service Cloud COO role in August 2018.

David joined Salesforce after 12+ years in leadership, product strategy, product management, and consulting roles at Qualcomm, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Personalogic (a startup acquired by AOL TimeWarner).

Sean Crabtree

Sean Crabtree is a Managing Director in Accenture's Strategy practice based in San Francisco. Sean helps Major Energy, Chemical, and Agribusiness clients define and deliver innovative, value-based digital and technology strategy. Mr. Crabtree frequently partners with clients to pilot new disruptive business models (most recently Digital Marketing, Communication, and Product Information Management). Vinicius David

Jim Davis

Jim Davis is Vice President – Airport Operations – International for Delta Air Lines, responsible for more than 100 airport operations across 60 countries. 
Previously Jim served as Delta's Vice President, ACS West Region, where he was responsible for customer service areas such as check-in, ticketing, baggage, fueling and the Sky Clubs as well as just over 7,000 Delta employees. 
Jim is a long-time airline industry leader with a deep and diverse background. From 1986 through 2010, Jim held various roles in Technical Operations, Supply Chain Management and Airport Customer Service at Delta Air Lines. He has a broad understanding of airline operations, customer service strategies and employee leadership. 
He has also held leadership roles at other airlines, including Vice President of Airports and Guest Services for Virgin America in San Francisco. There, his team has been widely recognized for delivering exceptional customer service. Prior to Virgin America, Jim served as Vice President of Airport Customer Service for Hawaiian Airlines in Honolulu. 
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northeastern Illinois University and a Master of Administration degree from the University of Chicago.

Genevro joined Union Bank in 2003 as a senior vice president and regional manager when Monterey Bay Bank, where she served as director of Retail Banking, was acquired by Union Bank. In 2009, she was named a market president for Central California. Prior to Monterey Bay Bank, Genevro served as a senior vice president and regional manager for Bay View Bank, where she oversaw the bank's offices in the Greater Bay region. She also held management positions at First Interstate Bank and Bank of America.

Jeff Huebner

I work in Enterprise Risk at CSAA Insurance Group, working with teams to manage our enterprise risk, economic capital framework, ceded and assumed reinsurance programs, corporate insurance, and business resilience. I specialize in helping make explicit risk decisions to grow our invested assets and protect our firm.
At CSAA Insurance Group, we have a diverse and inclusive culture that cares about the communities we serve. This gives me the time and support to serve on the boards of Junior Achievement and the California Insurance Guarantee Association, as well as help coach my three girls' various sporting activities.

Mary Huss

My career foundation rests on having started something from nothing early on when I was low person on the totem pole at an ambitious newspaper startup, and the owner/ founder tossed me an idea and said I'd have to figure it out on my own.

Nghi Huynh, CPA

Nghi leads Armanino LLP's transfer pricing practice. She is a proven tax professional with experience in transfer pricing, research, audit, and tax planning projects for Fortune 50, mid-market, and entrepreneurial companies.  Nghi helps companies navigate the international tax environment by designing and implementing efficient tax structures that are compliant with the governing rules of various jurisdictions. Her expertise is in performing and documenting intangible property valuations, working with software solutions and systems to ensure compliance with transfer pricing policy, assisting clients in managing their transfer pricing processes, and working with clients to develop and defend their transfer pricing documentation. She has extensive experience in being an assertive, hands-on leader, managing and developing large groups, and training personnel while remaining pragmatic and focused.  Prior to her role at Armanino LLP, she worked at PwC and KPMG.
Outside of work, Nghi enjoys spending time with her son, Jonathan, and with her extended family. She enjoys CrossFit training and social gatherings with her family and friends.

Cisco, especially, has given me the ability to learn from the best, while also being given the latitude to use my diversity and innovative skills to find better and new ways of doing things. The Space Based Infrared Systems' mission is to develop, acquire, and sustain space-based infrared surveillance, tracking and targeting capabilities for missile early warning/defense, battlespace awareness, and technical intelligence. SBIRS contributes to the Department of Defense mission to deter war and protect the security of the U.S. by providing timely and accurate missile warning/defense information. Its systems are critical for protection against global and theater ballistic missile attacks against the U.S., its deployed forces, and its allies.

Loren Mahon is Vice President, Global Finance Systems, and Operations, CEO Office at Oracle. Loren Mahon joined Oracle more than 25 years ago and has held various leadership positions within Oracle Finance. Loren currently serves as Chair on the Board of Directors at Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties, is on the Scholarship Committee for the Professional Business Women of California, and is a member of the Executive Committee for Oracle Women's Leadership initiative. She is a board member of FEI as well as a member of the Silicon Valley Chapter and serves on the Committee for Finance and Information Technology. She is also on the board of the Bay Area Alliance for Girls.

Shakeya A. McDow is the Vice President of Strategy, Intelligence, and Operations within Ethics and Compliance at Kaiser Permanente. In this role, she is responsible for developing the department's overall strategic plan, transformation and organizational change management, analytics and information technology, learning and awareness, conflicts of interest, vendor compliance, regulatory change management, driving the annual risk assessment and work plan process, and supporting critical imperatives for the compliance function.

Shakeya is a relentless catalyst with 20 years of proven success leading transitions, transformations, and turnarounds as an intrapreneur and management consultant within global organizations. Johnny Montes

In March of 2018, Johnny Montes joined the Chase team as the Regional Director for the North/Central Cal region.
Most recently, Johnny was the Region Executive in Los Angeles and the Inland Empire for Bank of America. In this role, Johnny was responsible for end to end management of the branches. He focused on driving an integrated strategy in built upon a defined client management process implementation, cross line of
business collaboration, and building a world class sales force.
Johnny has also held roles as the Area Executive for Los Angeles East and Consumer Market Executive roles for the Palm Springs Desert and Orange Chino Hills Markets. Johnny began his career as a Personal Banker with Bank of America and has held several leadership roles throughout Southern California.
In 2017, Johnny was recognized by the HACR organization as one of 35 "Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers" (YHCA). He was an executive sponsor for HOLA (Hispanic Organization of Leadership Advancement) and has been an active member of the Associate Engagement and Inclusion Council representing Retail Bank and Distribution.
He is also an active community volunteer and has sat on 3 nonprofit boards, including serving Susan G. Komen for the Cure in the Inland Empire where he has helped drive fundraising efforts across the West Region.
He also is a board member for Junior Achievement of Southern California, focusing on financial literacy and better money habits for the youth in the local communities. In addition he is also one of five members on the national advisory board for BankWorks, which is aiming to become a nation-wide program focused on workforce development and providing specialized training in the banking industry.
Johnny holds a B.A. from UC Santa Barbara, where he majored in Business Economics & Accounting. He currently resides in Riverside with his wife, Taylor, daughter, Magnolia, son Morrison, and two dogs, Bodhi, and Baxter.

Christopher Moulton

Chris is a leader in U.S. Bank's San Francisco Bay Area Business Banking department, where he currently manages the East Bay Business Banking Team, made up of both acquisition and relationship management roles. He has previously managed teams whose geographies have spanned most of the Bay Area, including San Francisco, the Peninsula and Silicon Valley. All 13 years of his professional career have been in various roles at U.S. Bank, where he joined after graduating from UC Berkeley with degrees in Economics and Russian Language and Literatures. While free time is mostly spent with his wife and three young daughters, he still occasionally golfs and plays hockey.

Yasmin Musani

Yasmin Musani leads the Financial Planning initiatives for Charles Schwab's Digital Investor Services line of business. In her role Yasmin is responsible for developing the financial planning strategy and experience for Schwab's self-directed clients. She oversees a team that defines, improves and innovates Schwab's
digital financial planning capabilities.
Prior to joining Schwab, Yasmin held leadership roles in the client segment strategy, experience and internal consulting groups at the Royal Bank of Canada. There she managed and led cross functional teams through the design thinking process in order to improve RBC's mass affluent client experience, launch viable new
products and digital experiences. In addition, she drove innovation through academic partnerships with the University of Waterloo, School of Applied Health Sciences.
She has also spent over five years as an International Consultant in the Middle East, East Africa and Caribbean focused on financial services product development and expansion. During that time, she advised international and regional tier one banks including Scotiabank Jamaica on the implementation of new mobile money products and partnerships with mobile operators. She began her career as strategy consultant with Deloitte Consulting.
Yasmin previously served as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Drum Artz Canada from 2015 to 2018, a music and arts nonprofit organization. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and Bachelors of Science from the
Georgia Institute of Technology.
She recently relocated from Toronto to San Francisco, where she is enjoying being a foodie, active community volunteer and exploring the city.

Robert Muzio

Bob's career in banking commenced in the late 1970s and since 1983 he has been working with local, primarily privately owned and operated businesses. Bob joined Comerica Bank in their Palo Alto Middle Market Banking office in 1998 and eventually was elevated to Group Manager of the newly created South Bay Region operating out of the Bank's Western Market headquarters in San Jose. The Region's clients include various businesses in multiple industries/disciplines including technology, food, and beverage, garment, contracting, service, entertainment, manufacturing, and general distribution.
Shortly after joining Comerica, Bob became the Northern California primary contact for the Bank's involvement in Junior Achievement and served on the Board of Junior Achievement of Silicon Valley and Monterey Bay. One of his key responsibilities has been chairing an annual JA fundraiser, which to date has generated over $200,000 to support local programs and services. In addition to JA, Bob has been involved since the early 1990s in various capacities including past Board Chair for the Easter Seals Society of the Bay Area and currently serves as Audit Committee Chair.

Norah Nicholls

Norah is the West Market Leader in Global Employer Services within Deloitte Tax and serves some of our largest, marquee tech clients on the west coast.
Norah is focused on working with business and HR leaders to align mobility with broader business and talent priorities, such as succession planning, talent development, recruitment and retention, diversity and inclusion, data-driven decision-making, priority market growth, and innovation.
She also works with clients to identify innovative approaches to manage the global supply and demand of talent and close gaps between opportunity and capability. One of her key areas of focus is helping business and HR leaders drive increased collaboration and partnership to make a meaningful impact on employee engagement as well as help clients assess possible impacts and scenario plan around regulatory changes, such as immigration reform.
She has a Master of Comparative Literature and Bachelor of Honors, both from the University of Western Ontario (Canada); and completed studies in Master of Industrial Relations at Queens University (Canada). She is a certified Global Mobility Specialist and a member of the Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRM).
Today, Norah actively supports the Oakland Animal Shelter, ASPCA, and Planned Parenthood, as well as several other local charities in Oakland.
Norah's participation in Jr. Achievement in high school marked her first foray in business and helped set the stage for her interest and success in business.
Outside of work, Norah enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, her daughter Isabella and dog, Lucy. She is an animal lover and enjoys exploring the wine and food in the region, as well as hiking and running.

William Oldenburg

William Oldenburg

Bill Oldenburg has over 35 years of general management experience in the consumer products industry. He retired in 2006 as Executive Vice President of Operations for Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream. In this capacity, he was responsible for manufacturing, engineering, procurement, warehousing and quality for all of Dreyer's, Nestle and Haagen-Dazs branded ice cream and frozen dessert products. Following the merger with Nestlé's Ice Cream Division, Bill led a three-year supply chain re-engineering effort, which resulted in a world-class "cow-to-consumer" supply chain. The total capital requirement exceeded $600 million, which included two of the world's largest ice cream manufacturing operations in Bakersfield, California and Laurel, Maryland.
In addition to his operations responsibilities, Bill was Dreyer's primary industry and legislative representative, both at the state and federal levels. He has led the industry's International Dairy Foods Association, the International Ice Cream Association and the Dairy Institute of California. He was instrumental in developing a national "reduced fat" standard of identity for ice cream, which paved the way for Dreyer's leadership in the "better for you" frozen dessert category. Dreyer's has a patented manufacturing technology which it markets under the "Slow Churned" brand name. This product is currently revolutionizing the industry.

Tony Perazzo, CPA

Tony is Grant Thornton's West Region Managing Partner.  He leads a team of audit, tax and advisory experts working with senior management, board of directors and other key decision-makers across geography and industries.  
Tony has over 25 years of experience serving public and private clients primarily in the technology and consumer and industrial products industries. While he has focused his career on the middle market, Tony has also worked extensively with large multi-national companies.  He has assisted clients with initial public offerings, mergers and acquisition due diligence, and various process consulting projects.  Tony also understands the dynamics of closely held ownership due to his experience with private equity-held, family owned and venture capital backed companies.  
As a senior audit partner, Tony works closely with audit committees and management teams to provide high quality results and valuable business insights.  In his leadership role, he ensures that clients are receiving the client service, expertise and tailored resources necessary to provide innovative, forward-thinking solutions that consistently exceed our clients' expectations.
Tony previously served as Grant Thornton's Greater Bay Area audit practice leader and the firm's California Market Leader.  Prior to joining Grant Thornton back in 2002, Tony spent the first 8 years of his career with Arthur Andersen LLP.

Orin Pierce

Orin Pierce is Senior Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager Business Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Based in Oakland and Pleasanton CA, Orin leads a team of specialists to deliver strategic financial advice and solutions to help Northern California based companies grow & non-profits improve cash flow, provide capital, manage U.S. and international payments, and invest for the future.

As a resident of the SF Bay Area and East Bay since 1985, Orin has supported the banking needs of this community for almost fifteen years. Prior to joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2016, he spent 9 years working for Wells Fargo Bank where business development and relation manager roles in Business Banking and 3 years as commercial relationship a manager with Bank of the West.

Orin earned his Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park. Active in the East Bay community where he has lived for the past 30 years, he has served as head of international youth exchange for Danville Rotary and has volunteered time serving on the Board of Directors other local non-profits as well as coaching for his son's and daughter's youth soccer, basketball and soccer teams.

Jeff Salvesen

Jeff Salvesen is a corporate attorney in Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.'s San Francisco Headquarters office. He works on Schwab's corporate governance team, focusing his time on the company's multiple bank charter strategy and compliance with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency's Heightened Standards and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's Statement of Principles of Trust Department Management. Before that, he was Vice President and in-house counsel for California United Bank, until its merger with Pacific Western Bank in 2017.

Jeff graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science degree in corporate finance and accounting.  He received his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, with a certificate in dispute resolution, and was a member of Pepperdine's Dispute Resolution Law Journal. 

Mark Secker

Assurance partner in EY's Technology industry group in San Francisco, CA, with more than 23 years of experience, serving clients ranging from emerging companies to the largest multinational corporations, including a number of Fortune 500 corporations. Prior Resident Partner within EY's Global Technology Center responsible for the development of some of the firm's thought leadership publications and other initiatives for technology companies.

Marc Singer

Steve Sprinkle

Steve Sprinkle is the Vice President of U.S. Sales for the E.& J. Gallo Winery. Responsibilities include sales for all channels of trade in the United States, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Direct to Consumer Marketing, Sales Planning and Finance. Gallo has over 60 brands from eight different countries priced from opening price point through the luxury tier.
Steve joined Gallo in April 1989 as a Field Sales Representative and held numerous positions of increasing responsibility through the years. In April 2001 he was named Vice President of Retail Chains, and in January of 2006, Steve was promoted to his current position as Vice President, U.S. Sales.

Jake Streit

Jake Streit is a Managing Director for HSBC, leading a team covering early, mid, and late-stage technology companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. His responsibilities include origination, marketing and growth of the Technology Banking Vertical throughout the market. Prior to moving to San Francisco, he was a Director, leading the Washington, DC and Philadelphia, PA markets. 
He joined HSBC in 2013 after spending 6 ½ years in a corporate banking role at a prior institution, helping corporates in the Florida, North Carolina, and Washington, DC markets. He has expertise in working with Technology and Telecom industries and has participated in hundreds of transactions. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering, golf, and wine. 

Karthik Suri

Karthik Suri serves as the COO for GE Digital. In this role, Karthik is focused on business operations to drive operating strategy, cadences, and discipline across GE Digital, strategic programs that span across multiple functions to drive execution collaboratively and establishing a foundation of operational excellence to continually improve how we build, sell and service our products. He also has responsibilities for GE Digital's Information Technology and Tools to drive simplification and productivity.
Prior to this role, Karthik was the COO for the Predix Platform organization, where he drove strategy, operational excellence, and execution for the broader platform team. Karthik joined GE Digital from PayPal where he led business planning and operations as part of the Office of CEO integrating functions, P&Ls, and product lines to drive a unified set of objectives and roadmap. Prior to that, he led product planning, cloud-platform strategy, tech-talent M&A and enterprise change initiatives to simplify processes across the business and improve customer & developer experiences and productivity. Before joining PayPal, he worked at eBay, Magento, Yahoo! Open Social, Cloud Platform, and Barclays following his early career at GE. 
In addition, Karthik serves on the Steering Committee of Industrial Internet Consortium and also on the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Northern California.

Dina Ting

Dina Ting is the Global Head of Index Portfolio Management for Franklin Templeton, responsible for managing the firm's index-based strategies globally, including the smart beta and passive single country and regional LibertyShares ETFs. 
After working in technology investment banking and private equity, Ting moved over to asset management and spent almost 10 years at BlackRock, where she led the Institutional Emerging Markets team that managed over 70 global equity portfolios for clients worldwide, comprising over $100 billion in assets under management. She also managed a multitude of iShares ETFs covering strategic beta, global real estate, sectors and emerging market strategies. 
She joined Franklin Templeton in 2015 as part of the initial team who established the firm's global ETF platform and offerings.  From the start, she has been involved with building the business strategies and systems to support investments and product launches, which to date have included over 60 ETFs listed across US, Canada and Europe.  
Ting has been involved in promoting greater gender diversity in finance as an active sponsor for the Girls Who Invest program. She is also a founding member of Women@FTI Bay Area Chapter.  Women@FTI is an internal organization inside Franklin with over 1000 members worldwide and the goal to promote equality and inclusion. 
Ting was named 2018 Most Influential Women in the Bay Area Business by San Francisco Business Times.  She was honored as winner of the Top Women in Asset Management Awards in 2019 by Money Management Executive.  
Ting received a M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Stephen Troy

Stephen Troy established AeroFund Financial, Inc. in August 1987.  His past business experience has been extensive. In 1976 Steve founded a chain of three specialty restaurants which he owned and operated until 1979. Upon their sale, he opened a vending business in San Jose, CA, which grew to be one of the largest such companies in the Bay Area. Immediately after its sale in 1983, Troy founded Norstar Video, a landmark national video distribution company, specializing in the acquisition and sale of instructional video programming. AeroFund Financial, Inc. followed, and as its founder and Chief Executive Officer, Troy has established AeroFund as a prominent national finance company, which provides secured loans to small and medium-sized businesses. Mr. Troy is the founder and chairman of AeroBank is the first national business bank to be approved by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to operate solely on the internet.
Mr. Troy is the author of a book about business leaders titled Business Biographies, Shaken Not Stirred…With a Twist, which was published in February 2011. Mr. Troy presently serves on the governing board of Junior Achievement of Northern California and is the past chairman of Junior Achievement of Silicon Valley Monterey Bay and the Northern California chapter of the Commercial Finance Association. Mr. Troy attended the University of Miami from 1971 to 1975 where he earned a BA in Business Administration majoring in Finance with a minor in History.

Hugo Yoshinaga

Hugo has extensive experience advising companies, leading change from strategy development to implementation. He worked 8 years at Accenture, in their strategy consulting group in LATAM, leading strategic planning, M&A, systems implementation, and operational transformation projects. He then got an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute, both at UPenn. 
He joined Google in 2013 and currently leads global strategy and operations for the SMB segment in Google Cloud, one of the fastest growing business units at Google.
