Cristene Burr – JA of Northern California President/CEO
Cristene brings 26 years of nonprofit, for profit, and entrepreneurship experience to her role.
Most recently, since 2009 Cristene served as the Executive Director of the San Ramon Valley Education Foundation, an organization that raised $8 million dollars/year to serve 32,000 students in the San Ramon Valley. Cristene began her professional career in sales and marketing, holding various management positions with the McGraw–Hill companies and the Thomson Corporation. She also has entrepreneurial experience having created three limited-service chain restaurant concepts and preparing them for acquisition and future expansion. Cristene holds a BA in Communication from the University of California, Davis. She lives in San Ramon with her husband Doug and her two children, Meghan and Alex. In her free time, you will see her around water, either the pool watching her children compete in swim and water polo, the lake where her children fish or at the beach where her husband and son surf every chance they get.

Dr. Maliika Chambers is a renowned learning, talent, and leadership development expert with over 25 years of experience helping leaders transform the culture and climate of their organizations to yield positive change. A former university professor (and JA alum), she worked to prepare the next generation of professional educators in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and business. She has authored several trades and academic journal articles focused on best practices in the utilization of training to drive change/crisis response management, tailoring learning solutions to the needs of diverse audiences, and the role of executive engagement in successful business transformation efforts. In her prior roles as a learning and development leader in the oil and gas, healthcare, and high-tech industries, Dr. Chambers has developed strategic planning processes to align organizations' human capital strategy to key business priorities and designed collaborative spaces for cross-functional teams and senior leadership to contribute to the way training and development is envisioned and deployed that remain in place today. In her free time, Maliika enjoys spending time with her family and friends, writing, and cooking.

David Colby
David Colby is COO of the Service Cloud at Salesforce, the world's #1 customer service platform. He leads growth strategy, product execution, and operations for the multi-billion dollar Service Cloud business. David started at Salesforce in Nov, 2010, and led Product Growth and Strategy across all core Clouds for 8 years before moving into the Service Cloud COO role in August 2018.
David joined Salesforce after 12+ years in leadership, product strategy, product management, and consulting roles at Qualcomm, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Personalogic (a startup acquired by AOL TimeWarner).

Genevro joined Union Bank in 2003 as a senior vice president and regional manager when Monterey Bay Bank, where she served as director of Retail Banking, was acquired by Union Bank. In 2009, she was named a market president for Central California. Prior to Monterey Bay Bank, Genevro served as a senior vice president and regional manager for Bay View Bank, where she oversaw the bank's offices in the Greater Bay region. She also held management positions at First Interstate Bank and Bank of America.

Louie is responsible for program management of SBIRS Follow-on Production Programs within the Surveillance & Navigation Systems line of business. The Space Based Infrared Systems' mission is to develop, acquire, and sustain space-based infrared surveillance, tracking and targeting capabilities for missile early warning/defense, battlespace awareness, and technical intelligence. SBIRS contributes to the Department of Defense mission to deter war and protect the security of the U.S. by providing timely and accurate missile warning/defense information. Its systems are critical for protection against global and theater ballistic missile attacks against the U.S., its deployed forces, and its allies.
Loren Mahon
Loren Mahon is Vice President, Global Finance Systems, and Operations, CEO Office at Oracle. Loren Mahon joined Oracle more than 25 years ago and has held various leadership positions within Oracle Finance. Loren currently serves as Chair on the Board of Directors at Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties, is on the Scholarship Committee for the Professional Business Women of California, and is a member of the Executive Committee for Oracle Women's Leadership initiative. She is a board member of FEI as well as a member of the Silicon Valley Chapter and serves on the Committee for Finance and Information Technology. She is also on the board of the Bay Area Alliance for Girls.

Shakeya A. McDow is the Vice President of Strategy, Intelligence, and Operations within Ethics and Compliance at Kaiser Permanente. In this role, she is responsible for developing the department's overall strategic plan, transformation and organizational change management, analytics and information technology, learning and awareness, conflicts of interest, vendor compliance, regulatory change management, driving the annual risk assessment and work plan process, and supporting critical imperatives for the compliance function.

Active in the East Bay community where he has lived for the past 30 years, he has served as head of international youth exchange for Danville Rotary and has volunteered time serving on the Board of Directors other local non-profits as well as coaching for his son's and daughter's youth soccer, basketball and soccer teams.
