2015 Scholarship Winners

Congratulations to Junior Achievement's 2015 Scholarship Recipients.

Austen Zemrock, Marlington High School

Awarded $1500 in scholarship. Zemrock participated in JA Titan Program, JA Company Program, and the JA Job Shadow Spring Brake Expereience. "Overall, Junior Achievement has opened my eyes to the various possibilities in business." Says Zemrock. His participation in JA has prompted him to pursue a double major in Entrepreneurship and Marketing at Kent State University.

Addison Crawford, Hoover High School

Awarded $1500 in scholarship. Crawford participated in the JA Company Program. "Without my JA experience my knowledge going into a business major in college would have been distorted and limited. I would have been missing the understanding of grass roots business principles that will propel me into my business degree, career and the start of my own small business." says Crawford, who will continue his business education at Malone University.

Ryan Cameron, Hoover High School

Awarded scholarship of $1000 and also participated in the JA Company Program. Cameron said. "Through my JA experience I learned that business is not about greed and paper work, its about people and relationships." Cameron will continue his education at Grace College.
