Twenty-three teams came together on March 2, 2013 for Junior Achievement of North Florida’s “Spring Challenge” Bowl-A-Thon. This event marked the biggest Bowl-A-Thon ever for JA in terms of the number of teams participating.
Teams bowled two games at Bowl America between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Once the scores were laid out, CITI came out on top with the best overall average score for the day.
CITI also shined when it came to fundraising. The company received an award for raising the most out of all teams--over $8,000. CITI employee Todd Mason raised around $1,500 personally and was named top fundraiser.

Overall the “Spring Challenge” raised $14,000 for Junior Achievement.
Bowl-A-Thons put the “fun” in “fundraising.” Each team consists of six bowlers who come together to raise money that benefits Junior Achievement of North Florida. Bowl-A-Thons provide fun and friendly competition that brings community individuals and companies together to support Junior Achievement's mission of providing lessons in financial literacy to youth across North Florida.
