Volunteer Opportunities | Junior Achievement of North Florida

Volunteer Opportunities

UPDATE March 20: The arrival of the COVID-19 virus has compelled Junior Achievement of North Florida to reaffirm one of our highest priorities: creating a safe and inspiring place where students can explore their dreams and prepare for their futures. Our desire is to do our part to mitigate the spread of this virus so that we can get back to fully living out our mission as quickly as possible.

Consequently, this means that we are suspending all volunteer-led, face-to-face programs, including classroom programs, JA in a Day, JA Job Shadows, JA Career Fairs, etc. We will plan to provide an update following messaging from Duval County Public Schools when available.

If looking for an opportunity to engage students to prepare for their economic futures during school closures, Junior Achievement is providing free online resources to teachers and parents. We are doing this so our kids can spend more time planning for and dreaming about tomorrow, and less time worrying about today. We are committed to doing this until we can all be certain again.

For more information or questions, email Teresa Smith or call 904-635-1124.

Become a Virtual Volunteer
