JA of New York's volunteer-delivered, kindergarten-12th grade programs foster work-readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills, and use experiential learning to inspire students in our community to dream big and reach their potential.
Why Junior Achievement?

On May 8, Spencer Schwartz, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Atlas Air Worldwide, the recognized leader in global airfreight and longtime partner of JA New York, was honored with the 2018 Champion Award for his contributions and dedication to Junior Achievement of New York.

All we need is your enthusiasm, life experience, and a willingness to teach children about how you took chances and shot for the stars.
