Our Volunteer MVP's
Emily Thobe
Emily Thobe from GE Aviation was presented with the Junior Achievement Partners in Excellence Award. Emily has done everything from teaching JA in the classroom, to organizing fundraising efforts, recruiting volunteers, and planning and organizing volunteer training. She has coordinated and hosted what can only be described as "spectacular" job shadow events at GE, giving students a first-hand look at opportunities that they would otherwise have never dreamed of. Through Emily's efforts, thousands of students have had access to information and experiences that help shape their education and life goals.
