Junior Achievement empowers young people
to own their future economic success.

JA Volunteers inspire students
JA's unique approach allows volunteers from the community to deliver our curriculum while sharing their experiences with students. Embodying the heart of JA, our 7,000 volunteers transform the key concepts of our lessons into a message that inspires and empowers students to believe in themselves, showing them that they can make a difference in the world.

Junior Achievement is a not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to inspire young people to succeed in a global economy. Since its founding in 1919, JA has contributed to the business and economics education of young people throughout the world.

What is Junior Achievement?
JA (Junior Achievement) is the world's largest organization dedicated to educating students in grades K-12 about work readiness, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship, through experiential, hands-on programs.

JA's purpose is:

"To inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy."
