Junior Achievement Sparks Student Success
Our volunteer-delivered, kindergarten-12th grade programs foster work-readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills, and use experiential learning to inspire students to dream big and reach their potential. With the help of 12,598 volunteers in the 2015-2016 school year, 306,445 area students developed the skills they need to experience the realities and opportunities of work and entrepreneurship in the 21st century global marketplace.
STAR Educator Nominations Final Deadline is May 24th
Was your JA classroom teacher a STAR Educator? Nominate them as a JA STAR Educator! JA of Southeast Texas will be selecting one Star Educator from elementary, middle, and high school based on your recommendations. All teachers who are nominated will receive a certificate of appreciation from JA. The winners will be recognized at the JA Annual Board Meeting. Submit your nomination form to firstname.lastname@example.org by May 24th!
