Junior Achievement and Marc Vandermeer, Voice of the Houston Texans, join forces to promote economic education through local businesses in the Bay Area. This long standing tournament includes a morning 9-Hole Shootout, Main Tournament, lunch by Red River Bar-B-Que, awards, auction, and dinner. 
 
By purchasing a foursome or sponsorship, you are supporting Junior Achievement's efforts in partnering business and education for the enhancement of life skills and economic literacy among our youth. Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas will reach 315,000 students during the 2016-2017 school year.
 
Tournament Timeline
7:30 AM: Registration for 9-Hole Shootout Opens
8:30 AM: S&H Manufacturing Company 9-Hole Shootout Start
9:00 AM: Registration & Driving Range for Main Tournament Opens
11:00 AM: Lunch by Red River Bar-B-Que
12:00 Noon: Main Tournament Shotgun Start
5:00 PM: Awards, Auction, and Dinner
 
Format of Play
Format of play is a scramble.  Each player tees off on each hole. The best of the tee shots is selected and all players play their second shots from that spot. The best of the second shots is determined, then all play their third shots from that spot, and so on until the ball is holed or a bogey score is reached.
