JA Special Events
At JA of Southern Massachusetts, we host several events throughout the year to raise money to support our programming. These events also engage the community in our efforts to reach students! Whether you'd like to get involved on an individual level or as a business through event sponsorship, we offer several ways for you to support our work while having a great time! Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 508-997-6536 to find out how you or your business can participate!
22ND ANNUAL JA IRONMAN GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP
Over the years, the IRONMAN Championship has grown into one of New England's premier charity events and has raised over one million dollars to support Junior Achievement's financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship programs across Southern Massachusetts – benefitting more than 40,000 students!
6TH ANNUAL JA TITAN BUSINESS CHALLENGE
The Titan Business Challenge is a day-long business strategy competition in which students compete against other high school in teams of three using an online business simulation. Each team is paired with a business mentor from the community who offers guidance during the competition.
STRIKES FOR SPARK
Last year this event raised $10,000 to bring JA's free life-changing programs to local students, and this year we are aiming to raise even more in support of the JA SPARK Program!
JA SPARK Program
The JA SPARK Program is a free two-year program for 13-14 year old girls from across Southern Massachusetts focusing on leadership and entrepreneurial thinking. SPARK offers a unique blend of entrepreneurship, career readiness, financial literacy, and leadership development.
