JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT SCHOLARSHIP

JA Scholarship Form

 
Description: One-time scholarship of $500 for participation in any Junior Achievement elementary, middle school, or high school program
Purpose: To promote continued education for students who have participated in JA programs
Application Deadline: March 1st of the current school year (must be postmarked by March 1st)
Special Requirements: High School Senior, graduating before June 30th of the current school year
                                           Participation in any JA Program during applicant's K-12 education
Collegiate Course of Study: Major in any field
Required Attachments: Official copy of your most recent high school transcript
                                             Two Letters of Reference (e.g. Teacher, Counselor, Employer, Other)

This scholarship is given in memory of Leo Crawford, who served on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of South Dakota for over ten years. He was the Chair of the Board in 1986-87 and was a true friend and supporter of Junior Achievement.
