JA programs are developed with a focus on several different critically needed areas; STEM, building Leadership Skills, Uplifting At-Risk Communities, Work Readiness and Soft Skills, Business Ethics, College Readiness, Career and Technical Education (CTE), Industry Focus (Manufacturing/Health), and Financial Literacy.

Every single dollar makes a difference. Donating to JA USA will help to continually evolve JA's enriching programs, or donating directly to a local JA in your community will help JA reach more students.
For larger donations, you can be a part of the prestigious JA's Free Enterprise Society. This support comes from individual, personal or family gifts of $10,000 or more on an annual basis.

JA Global Marketplace
HSBC is the new sponsor of JA Global Marketplace. Their support will to make the student experience more contemporary and will also help support select JA markets in bringing the program to students in those communities. Read more in our annual report.
JA Personal Finance
AHFC has provided support to redevelop the JA Personal Finance program which will help nearly half-a-million U.S. teens be more financially literate over the next four years. Additionally, JA and AHFC created a new online interactive quiz, www.financialtestdrive.org to help teens learn about the financial responsibilities associated with vehicle ownership. JA National Student Leadership Summit
This annual competition celebrates JA teen entrepreneurs' business skills, creativity, and innovation. This engaging event convenes 15 JA Company Program start-ups in our nation's capital for three days of high impact JA experiences, culminating in a gala awards dinner. Read more in our annual report.
JA Finance Park
KPMG's support has helped JA redevelop and design the JA Finance Park classroom curriculum to meet the needs of today's middle school and high school students. By using custom software and tablets during the simulation, the experience is not only more relevant for the students, it also eliminates the use of paper.
