COVID-19 Information

JA of Washington is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our volunteers, students, and staff during this public health crisis. With Governor Inslee's announcement that all Washington state schools are physically closed until the end of the 2019/2020 school year, we are acting accordingly and canceling or postponing our programs.

Though schools are closed, educators and parents are working tirelessly to sustain learning during this difficult time. We at JA have moved quickly to adapt our programs into free resources available for students, parents, educators, and volunteers.

Please see below for information specific to in-class programs, offsite programs, and special events.

In-Class Programs
We are adjusting our model to meet the needs of our statewide communities. Please visit this website for free self-directed program resources. For questions about programs during this time, please contact Leah Katzer, Statewide Program Director.
