JA Bowling Classic
Join Us for the Annual JA Bowling Classic
The JA Bowling Classic is Junior Achievement's largest annual fundraiser. The event generates funds necessary to bring JA programs into schools, with a goal of reaching 76,000 students statewide. The more funds we raise, the more programs we can provide and the more students we can serve!
Each bowler raises money from friends, family and colleagues. The teams then come together and celebrate their hard work by bowling with their companies. It is a fun filled day with treats and prizes, and a perfect opportunity for co-workers ot get together in support of a great cause.
Junior Achievement is a 100-year old nonprofit organization whose mission is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. We work in partnership with our local schools and businesses to provide students with skills in the areas of financial literacy, workforce readiness, and entrepreneurship.
This year, more than 5,000 community volunteers will donate their time to teach Junior Achievement programs to students in grades K-12. The results...students are exposed to community role models who reinforce the importance of making smart choices and building the foundation for success in life.
