The Junior Achievement office in Eau Claire is one of 12 area offices in the state. Governed by a local board of directors comprised of business and community leaders, the Northwest Wisconsin area is serving over 15,000 students in 900 classrooms in Ashland, Barron, Bayfield, Buffalo, Burnett, Chippewa, Clark, Dunn, Eau Claire, Jackson, Monroe, Pepin, Polk, Price, Rusk, Sawyer, Taylor, Trempealeau, Vernon, and Washburn counties.

Learn What it Takes to Become a Culinary Entrepreneur

When: June 17 - 20, 2019
Where: Pablo Center at the Confluence 128 Graham Avenue, 2nd Floor, Eau Claire, WI
Time: 1 - 4 pm

This program is for kids ages 11-14 who want to know what it takes to become a culinary entrepreneur. Attendees will:

  • Learn from local experts
  • Create a business plan for their own food truck
  • Build a display for their business with logo and tagline
  • Make and display their product
  • Price and sell their product
  • Show our community their final work with a community celebration
Community business display reception will be on June 20 from 4:00 - 5:30 PM
Registration ends May 3.

  • Join us after golf for 19th hole fun: dinner, raffle and and live auction
