At Junior Achievement, we want to help young people finance their education. Here are some JA and local partners' scholarship opportunities for 2018.

 

KPMG Scholarship for High School Girls

Scholarships for Wisconsin high school students

The Office of Condoleezza Rice is accepting applications through January 31, 2018 for the KPMG Future Leaders Program Class of 2018. They will select deserving high school female seniors from around the country to participate in the program and receive a college scholarship, attend a leadership retreat, be paired with a year-long mentor, and have an introduction to golf.

The program is funded by proceeds from the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship and KPMG Women’s Leadership Summit. View the 2017 recap video and find the 2018 application document and program snapshot online. 

 

Voya Financial Signature Scholarship Program

As a Voya Foundation partner, Junior Achievement USA is spreading the word about the 2018 Voya Financial Signature Scholarship Program. Voya Scholars provides scholarships for students interested in business or finance degrees and who are currently working toward or ready to pursue an academic degree or financial certification. Included are both scholarship and mentoring awards. Upon receipt of a scholarship, scholars become eligible for a variety of opportunities provided by Voya Financial and its employees including: networking, mentorship, resume help and interview prep, and internship and hiring opportunities. Young Entrepreneur of the Year

EY, Junior Achievement and the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction would like to give recognition to an individual from 5th grade through 12th grade that is making their mark on our free enterprise system by turning a business idea into a reality; an individual who applied the entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated business knowledge to realize an actual operating business. 
 
One winner will receive a scholarship or cash prize of $1,000. Winner also will be recognized at the Wisconsin Business Hall of Fame™ Induction Ceremony on April 19, 2018 at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee. All finalists will receive a certificate signed by Dr. Tony Evers, the State Superintendent of Public Instruction and Michael Frohna, President of Junior Achievement of Wisconsin. Finalist videos will be promoted and shown on the JA of Wisconsin You Tube Channel. Additionally, the winning applicant will be featured on the DPI You Tube Channel. Local JA Business Challenge Events to Compete for Scholarships

 
Junior Achievement Business Challenge is a one-day event where high school students from around the area compete for scholarships. Using an online simulator, JA Titan, this exciting business strategy tournament puts the student's business knowledge to the test. "Companies" of two students, each mentored by one business representative, compete against one another to manufacture and market a product. Teams are challenged to outperform their competition in terms of profit, sales, and market share. JA Business Challenge is a powerful learning experience, where students experience real-world application of business concepts.

Vernon J. Hellenbrand Memorial Scholarship for Dane County Students

 
Junior Achievement of Wisconsin is currently accepting applications for the 2018 Vernon J. Hellenbrand Scholarship. This annual award is given to two deserving applicants who are seniors in high school anywhere in Dane County in Wisconsin. Applicants must be eligible for admission to an accredited technical school, college or university where they will pursue coursework toward an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or entrepreneurship.  Each scholarship winner will receive $1,000, payable over two consecutive semesters of post-secondary enrollment. Scholarships for Junior Achievement High School Students & College Student who are JA Volunteers

 
JA of Wisconsin offers nearly $30,000 in scholarships for students in the state of Wisconsin. These scholarships, provided by the Dee Dee Pellegrin Scholarship Fund and Junior Achievement of Wisconsin, are awarded to students every year to help them achieve their goal of a college education. Scholarships are available to high school students who have JA programs or to college students or high school students who volunteer for JA in the classroom. Scholarships are renewable but must be applied for each year. Submission deadline for applications is April 3, 2018Application information available here.
 

Junior Achievement Michael E. Batten Memorial Scholarship for Racine County Students

 
Junior Achievement of Wisconsin is currently accepting applications for the 2018 Michael E. Batten Memorial Scholarship. This annual award is offered to the most deserving applicants who are seniors in high school anywhere in Racine County in Wisconsin. Each will receive $1,000 toward any education beyond high school in the form of a scholarship. Submission deadline for applications is December 31, 2018. Application information available here.
