JA Business Challenge - Northwest Wisconsin
JA Business Challenge is a one-day business strategy tournament using Junior Achievement's JA Titan program which is an online business educational program.
The competition is designed so that high school students work with a business professional, as a team mentor, who advises a student team (2-3 high school students) to make smart and profitable business decisions. Top performing teams vie for top honors winning bragging rights and post-secondary education scholarships.
2020 Business Partners Benefit Breakfast
Business Partners peer groups present the Ordinary to Extraordinary Event for the benefit of Junior Achievement Northwest Wisconsin. Guest speaker Jay C. Rifenbary will present his No Excuse! An Action Plan for Success which covers Incorporating Core Values, Accountability and Life Balance into Your Life and Career.
JA Golf Outing - Northwest Wisconsin
The 24th annual JA Golf Outing takes place Thursday, June 4 at Wild Ridge golf course in Eau Claire. The event accommodates golfers of all abilities to play 18 holes of golf at Wild Ridge Golf Course in Eau Claire. After golf, players will gather in the Wild Ridge Golf Clubhouse where participants will enjoy a social, dinner, raffles and auction opportunities.
The annual golf outing is Junior Achievement - Northwest Wisconsin's oldest and largest event raising funds to deliver Junior Achievement programs to area youth in the classroom. Last year, Junior Achievement - Northwest Wisconsin was able to deliver Junior Achievement in more than 900 classrooms impacting nearly 19,000 K-12 students. JA Hero's Gala
The JA Hero's Gala is an evening of camaraderie where Junior Achievement, Northwest Wisconsin staff and board members celebrate Junior Achievement heroes throughout northwestern Wisconsin. The event is designed to recognize and honor area student entrepreneurs, teacher partners, classroom volunteers and board members who have gone above and beyond their role in impacting area students with Junior Achievement programs. The evening also features a unique auction and a sit down dinner as well as a host of guest speakers sharing their Junior Achievement experience.
