Junior Achievement of Western New York EVENTS

At Junior Achievement of Western New York, we host several events throughout the year to raise money to support our programming. These events also engage the community in our efforts to reach students! Whether you'd like to get involved on an individual level or as a business through event sponsorship, we offer several ways for you to support our work while having a great time!

JA Stock Market Challenge

JA Stock Market Challenge

When: Thursday, November 15, 2018
Where: Buffalo Niagara Convention Center
Time: 9:30am – 3:00pm

Presented by Northwest, is an unpredictable ride through the highs and lows of the stock market!  All the energy and excitement of the stock trading floor is simulated in this innovative, high-tech event for high school students.

JA Career Quest

JA Career Quest

When: April 2019
Where: Bryant & Stratton College, Amherst Campus
Time: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Students in grades 8-12 will have the opportunity to explore high-growth, high-demand careers and what it takes to attain (and keep!) those jobs. 

JA Bowl-A-Thon

JA Bowl-A-Thon

When: Saturday March 2 & 9, 2019
Where: Transit Lanes, AMF Airport & Lancaster Lanes, Jamestown Bowling Co. & Mancuso Bowling Center
Time: Noon & 3:00PM

Proceeds from the JA Bowl-A-Thon help JA to provide financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurial programs to 15,751 local students.
