Teams of 4-5 people fundraise (or are sponsored by their company) to compete in our fun general knowledge virtual trivia or with a bowl-on-your-own option! Top fundraisers and big scorers win prizes.
Formerly the JA Achieve-A-Bowl, Play4JA aims to raise $60,000 from participants across northeast Indiana. One of Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana's (JANI) premier fundraising and social events, funds go to give students in our region JA programs and is a fun teambuilding event for you. Last year, JANI created virtual programming for teachers and students to use from home. With your help, we hope to educate and inspire even more students this school year -wherever they are learning from!
How does Play4JA work?
- Play4JA Trivia allows JA supporters a fun and easy way to raise funds for JA's K-12 financial education programs. Participants from local businesses and organizations participate as a member of a 4-5 person trivia team. If fundraising, each team member reaches out to his/her family, friends, co-workers to ask for their support through donations and is asked to raise a minimum of $150. For every $25 raised, one more student will be able to experience JA in northern Indiana. Businesses also have the option of becoming a Lane Sponsor for $750 and no additional fundraising is required.
Played through Kahoot!, participants will only need a phone and computer to play. JA will provide instructions on how to login, play, and have fun.
Prizes will be awarded to top fundraising and trivia winners.
